Subsequent Hours - £50 (billed to nearest 5 mins.)

All above prices include VAT at prevaiing rate.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. Please note that we no longer accept personal cheques.
New hardware or software is extra - we can install this if you've already purchased it, or we can provide you with a quotation to supply and install.
Callouts are normally made between 8am-5pm Monday - Friday however weekend and evening callouts may also be available at no extra cost.
Around 80% of callouts are resolved within the first hour.
Business & Commercial
We offer a FREE initial consultation with no obligation for all potential new business customers. This allows us to understand what your IT situation is at present, and where you'd like to be in the future. It also enables you to see what we can do for you, and ask us any questions you may have.
Ad-hoc business rates are as follows;

Discounts on the above rates are available for frequent customers.

We always strive to ensure that our prices are excellent value for money. We don't claim to be the cheapest, but we do know that our pricing is reasonable in the IT market.
